Ethics of Cyberwar

As this blog will be discussing cyberwar and cyber attacks with real world implications, I feel it is pertinent to discuss the ethical judgements that will be made on this blog. I feel that cyberwarfare is a legitimate weapon of war, and of politics in general. Much like any weapon it can be misused, and that is something that I am aiming to explore in depth. However, I will not be making ethical judgements on which countries are in the “right”. Conflict by its very nature is between two diametric opposite views, and it is not my place to say which side is correct. I look to explore this grey areas, and to pull truth to the surface so that you may make informed decisions yourself.
